Our History

Atlantis Realty Limited was founded as a real estate sales brokerage in 1995 by Francis Fares.

Since then Francis has developed $400 million of real estate projects under Fares Real Estate Inc. including the prestigious King’s Wharf project on Halifax Harbour.

Along the way, Atlantis Realty has supported sales for Fares Real Estate Inc. and grown to prominence within the Nova Scotia Real Estate Industry.
